I drew two fish on a cup from my favorite boba place.

I haven't sketched in a really long time. Finally having the time to do so, I found it really fun and relaxing to sketch. I really like to draw and would definitely try this again. After sketching a picture of myself, my sister and I laughed for a really long time because it looked like a 90-year-old version of me. Although it was not the best sketch, it was still very entertaining and enjoyable. It took me a couple tries to sketch a picture of myself. So I believe that if I practice every day, I will improve. Each time you practice or sketch a new picture, you learn new tips on how to improve your sketching skills. I am majoring in Health Care Administration. There aren’t many occasions I will need to draw in my major, but sketching can be useful when I need to create small diagrams. Art is a language because it is a form of communication. A person’s feeling does not have to be expressed through words or sounds. It can be expressed through pictures and drawings. Whenever I am uncomfortable talking about how I feel, I like to draw a picture and tell a story with it. It is also a way people can get creative. Art is used every day. Simply drawing a happy face on a test paper can imply a “good job” or someone is “happy”. Just like how every word has a meaning, every pencil stroke also has a meaning.
